Zm03 alcohol sensor is fabricated on Si substrate by MEMS technology. The gas sensing material is metal oxide semiconductor with low conductivity in clean air. When the sensor is in the gas environment, the conductivity of the sensor changes with the concentration of the detected gas in the air. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. The sensor has high sensitivity, small size and precision. It adopts I2C digital signal output mode, which is convenient for network observation of multiple sensors. At the same time, a pin is preset as the alarm trigger signal output. It can be widely used in environmental safety, portable instruments and many other fields.
